Francesca Chiodi Latini (b. 1993, IT) is a performer and choreographer currently based in Antwerp. After studying contemporary dance in Turin and Paris, she moved to Belgium, where she graduated from the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp in 2017. Francesca created her first solo, PRIMARI, In 2014. After that she became involved in Batucada by Marcelo Evelin, presented at the Kunstenfestivaldesarts 2014. In 2015, she worked on the project Atlante del Gesto by Virgilio Sieni Company. In 2016, she composed her second solo, AMARYLLIS. With this piece, she was a finalist in the BCDC Brussels Contemporary Dance Competition. At present, she is appearing as a dancer in The Sea Within by Voetvolk/Lisbeth Gruwez. Besides that, she is in a new piece by Oriane Varak (Notch Company), which will be premiering in 2021.
