Maxim Storms & Linde Carrijn

Maxim Storms (b. 1989) graduated summa cum laude from the School of Arts|KASK Ghent in 2012. In his work, Storms investigates his penchant for absurdism. In collaboration with CAMPO in 2017, he created his first solo work, Brother Blue, a Dadaist tragedy in which the protagonist loses his tail. Together with Katrien Valckenaers, he forms the artistic core of Ballet Dommage. Klutserkrakkekilililokatastrof (in collaboration with Fabuleus) was selected for the Theaterfestival 2017; Tribunal (in collaboration with BRONKS) for the Theaterfestival 2020. With Lobke Leirens, Storms among other things created Another One (2016), also presented at Love at first Sight#2. Another One was selected for Big In Belgium, ran for a month at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh and earned the Total Theatre Award.

Linde Carrijn (b. 1991) developed her talents in various aspects of the theatre world after graduating from the School of Arts|KASK Ghent in 2014. She has appeared as an actor in a number of productions, including Wachten and andere heldendaden by Het Kwartier, Dethleff by De Mannschaft and Heilig Hart with Compagnie Cecilia. She also has worked on various projects as a musician and composer, such as Choco of kaas? and Level Q by LAP. With Maxim Storms, she investigated a possible combination between music and theatre, which led to the formation of the band Brik Tu-Tok.
