Wang – Sascha Bornkamp & Juicy IJsselmuiden

Juicy Dune IJsselmuiden (b. 1993, NL) earned her Master’s in Spoken Word at the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp in 2018. Since graduation, she has made, among other things, the production DEZE GROTE TOMATENOORLOG as well as + and the children’s show De tafel van plus. She also makes podcasts, including Wel een grappig volkje and Bloot and Blij, which was nominated for the NTR Radio Award. In the autumn of 2020, her podcast series Praatpit will appear, in which she talks with children about global issues. In 2020, together with Sascha Bornkamp, she made a sequel to +, called X.

Sascha Bornkamp (b. 1994, NL) obtained her Master’s in Music Creation and Performance Art at the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp in 2017. Since graduating, she has among other things appeared in Metaman (Orkater/Goldmund), Feelings (RITCS/KVS) and the solo performance Echo. With her band, Teletext, Sascha made the music shows Nobuya and Voor de verandering (De Studio) and brought out a first EP, Hout, in the fall of 2019. As the founder of TgOdessa, she made the social/artistic projects Odessa (Cera) and Moe (Welzijnsschakels Vlaanderen). In May 2019, the art installation Wachtgeluiden opened at deSingel (AER, Rode Kruis Vlaanderen, Cera). In 2019-2020 , she and Leonore Spee are examining diversity in the folk songs of Antwerp in the project Een Nyeu Liedeken (KCA).
