Choreographer Talitha De Decker (1991) is fascinated by simplicity of movement, but her seemingly simple dance movements conceal complex figures. Together with a composer, an architect and two dancers, Talitha interprets the sporting challenge of the traditional Philippine folk dance Tinkling, in which two or more dancers weave their way through rapidly moving bamboo poles. Like the hyperkinetic dance project SNAP (2014), Tinkling will not be devoid of humour.
