Marijn Ottenhof is a visual artist, musician, and DJ. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague and her master’s from the Royal College of Art in London. Her work has been exhibited internationally at institutions such as South London Gallery, Somerset House London, Centraal Museum Utrecht, and the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam. She was selected for Bloomberg New Contemporaries 2019 and participated in international residencies—including a three-month stay in a psychiatric institution in New York and an artistic research residency at Rupert in Vilnius. Working across performance, video installation, and music, she explores themes of trauma, memory, (science)fiction, and dystopia. She also hosts a monthly radio show on Kiosk Radio (Brussels) and performs live as an artist and DJ at clubs and festivals.
