In Future Gore, a pseudo-political satire on today's narcissistic culture, Arne Luiting and Mateusz Staniak look at the New Frankenstein. Digitalization, intrusive omnipresent surveillance and endless representations of ourselves create an echo chamber with simulations of reality that seem to be more real than reality. Future Gore is an ironic speculation on a utopian body of the 'post human', moving through the ruins of human civilization.
Authenticity and unicity become the currency of this hollow exchange. This seemingly immaterial and transcendent space offers immorality in a disintegrating world. The question Future Gore raises relates to a different way of being in these troubled times.
