Goele Denil studied acting at the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp. She trained with the Abattoir Fermé theatre company and made the short film Schimm 16:9, coached by Chiel Van Berkel. SLOP is her theatrical debut. As a performer, she likes to challenge herself by seeking total transformation. She strives for a constant balance between humour, painful tragedy and alienation in her work.
