Stefanie Claes (b. 1983) obtained a diploma in Plastic Arts at Sint-Lucas Ghent and later earned her Master’s in Directing at the RITCS School of Arts in Brussels. Stefanie makes visual art out of theatre, or rather, she makes theatre out of drawings and figures. She has made numerous shows, both alone and with her sister Barbara as well as with the Lucinda Ra collective. With her graduation project, Het feest Van De Platte Cake, she won the award for young theatre at the Theater aan Zee Festival 2010. Stefanie is a member of Lucinda Ra.
